Welcome to the month of October. We have a busy a month of learning and fun ahead!
This year for Halloween we will be having a costume party on Friday October 28th. Please send your child in their costume and bring an extra change of clothes.
Each classroom will have a party along with Halloween treats, stories and songs. We are planning to have a fun-filled day with lots of excited children.
We will also have a sign-up sheet if you would like to bring in a goodie for the class party. The Health Department of Polk County will now only allow STORE BOUGHT goodies to be shared due to potential allergies and illness.
As a reminder, please sign your child in/out each day with your FULL first and last name signatures due to the regulations associated with Polk County’s Early Learning Coalition monthly audits. Thank you for your support.
Health and Safety reminders:
- For playground safety and for gross motor play we ask that your child have sneakers or closed toe shoes.
- If your child has a green or yellow discharge from the nose we ask that you have it checked for any signs of infections.
- If your child is sick, please do not send them to school!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful children with us. It is our pleasure to be a part of their lives and help them learn and grow. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to speak to us at any time.
Wishing you a super month!
With love,
Ms. Autumn and the Amazing Staff
